At Mystic Perfume, we want you to be completely enchanted by your signature scent. If a fragrance doesn't perfectly capture your essence, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in their original, unopened packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Vessel
Carefully pack the unopened perfume in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure the glass bottle remains secure during transit.
Apply the Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Await the Magic
Once our artisans inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
